Hamza have started his career as an accountant in
early 90th with a Textile company operating in Naser city free zone, in 2000
Joined REDA group Egypt office (one of the largest chemical distributors
multinational companies in the MENA region), in 2005 he moved to Saudi Arabia
to be part of NADA Group where he held a position of Chief
accountant/accounting manager then promoted to be Al-Othman group deputy MIS manager,
in 2007 returned back to Egypt to join Seaharvest Oil&Gas Free Zone as
Finance Manager where he has utilized his experience to restructure the company
financial position and the company relationship with GAFI, Banks, Auditors to
build up a new era for the company and diversifying the business to reach the
current position of a diversified group of companies working in 8 countries and
11 sectors from oil&Gas ,Real estate , Medical , pharmaceutical , IT &
electronics , logistics solutions , Travel ,sports clubs , Food & Beverage
, Gold Mining , Environmental solutions .
Mr. Hamza have been awarded as one of the top 40
executives under 40 Years in Egypt by the Business Today Magazine in Nov-03
Edition, Mr. Hamza was selected to be an official delegate representing Egypt
in the Egypt Forward Initiative held in Washington DC , USA .
In 2007 Mr. Hamza was selected to be a member of IFAC
(International Federation for Accounting Compliance –USA) Advisory committee
Mr. Hamza Holds an MBA in Strategic management
Switzerland 2014, CFC certified financial consultant, USA in 2014.
In 2015 Mr. Hamza was elected to receive the
Fellowship of institute of financial consultant, USA.
